Terms of Service
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to regulate the terms of use and operating procedures for the contents (hereinafter referred to as Services) posted on the TeamCare platform provided by Ask Millions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Change of Member Terms of Service)
These Terms of Service shall take effect when the Company announces them online, and may be revised within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations in the event of reasonable grounds.
Agreeing to these Terms of Service means agreeing to check for changes to the Terms of Service through regular visits, and the Company shall not be responsible for any damages suffered by users due to lack of knowledge of the changed Terms of Service.
If a member does not agree to the changed Terms of Service, he/she may request withdrawal (cancellation) of membership, and if he/she does not express his/her intention to reject the changed Terms of Service within 7 days from the effective date of the changed Terms of Service, the Member shall be subject to the You are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 3 (Rules other than Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, and other related laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Types of Services)
This is a service that shares notifications and location information with team members and managers when team members within a company or organization make emergency calls.
Article 5 (Sign up)
You can use the service by checking the agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Personal Information Processing Policy and then proceeding with identity verification.
Those who wish to sign up as members and use this service must register all requested information (name, mobile phone number, affiliation, email address, etc.), and members who have not registered in fact cannot claim any rights.
In addition, members can request to invite non-members through messages from their mobile phone contacts, and Non-members who receive the service will go through the same registration process as members.
The company will delete the ID of members who have applied for membership by stealing someone else's mobile phone number or email, and they may be punished in accordance with relevant laws.
Article 6 (Service Provision)
Services can be used after signing up for membership.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in principle. However, there are exceptions in cases where there are special reasons such as system maintenance.
Article 7 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The Company may suspend or restrict service provision in the following cases:
- In the event of a national emergency or natural disaster or other force majeure
- In the event that a telecommunications service provider contracted with the Company suspends telecommunications services
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances due to maintenance, construction, or failure of service equipment
- In the event that normal service use is disrupted due to a surge in service use
- In other cases where measures are necessary for smooth system management
Article 8 (Member ID Management)
The company permits members to use their member IDs in accordance with the terms and conditions.
In principle, member IDs cannot be changed. If a member wishes to change their ID due to unavoidable circumstances, they must cancel their existing ID and re-register.
Member IDs cannot be resold or transferred to others.
The member is responsible for all consequences resulting from the leakage of the ID and password granted to the member or unauthorized use by a third party.
If their ID is used unauthorizedly, the member must notify the company of the fact.
Article 9 (Restrictions on Use)
The company may delete member IDs and passwords in the following cases:
- If a false application is made
- Using the member’s mobile phone number or email If you have not registered
- If you have stolen someone else's ID and password
- If you intentionally interfere with the operation of the service
- If you violate Article 10 (Member's Postings) of these Terms and Conditions
Article 10 (Member's Postings)
If the content posted by a member is judged to fall under any of the following items, it may be deleted without prior notice.
- If it violates public order and morals
- If it is related to a criminal act
- If it spreads false information or defames another person
- If it infringes on the company's copyright, third party copyright, or other rights
- If it violates other related laws or is deemed necessary for the operation of the site
Article 11 (Obligations)
The company does not disclose or distribute members' personal information to third parties without their consent in relation to the provision of services. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
- When requested by a relevant agency for investigative purposes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
- When requested by the Information and Communications Ethics Committee
- When required by other relevant laws and regulations
The company may compile and use statistical data on the personal information of members for smooth service.
Members must comply with all matters stipulated in the Terms and Conditions.
Article 12 (Copyright Rights)
The rights to materials used in the service are as follows:
- Members may not use posted materials for commercial purposes.
- The rights and responsibilities for posts belong to the poster.
- The company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of the content of members' posts.
Article 13 (Operating Rules)
Other necessary matters shall be determined by the company and posted on the notice board to notify all members.
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
In the event of a lawsuit regarding a dispute arising during the use of the service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the court of jurisdiction.
Chapter 2 Supplementary Provisions
Article 1 (Transitional Measures for Existing Subscribers)
Subscribers prior to the effective date of these Terms shall be deemed to have approved these Terms.
Article 2
These Terms shall be effective from July 1, 2024.
